Right off the bat there are 4 things I think you need to do:

4)replace depleted nutrients- important to take 5000IU of vit D daily, magnesium and Zinc, coQ 10 and a multivitamin

5)Maintain an optimal circadian rhythm by getting sun early in the day, going to bed early at night, and sleeping in a pitch black environment. Also, get around 8 hours of sleep a night.
