The update is part of Google’s effort to ensure that people see more original and informative content in search results.
What is updated in the Google algorithm?
The 5 areas I mentioned at the beginning are updated. However, what’s most highlighted is the importance of personal experience in content creation will be greatly affected.
1. Match the Keyword Intent
The more precise the keywords you target with the searcher’s intent keywords, the better your article will perform in Google search results. But you also have to deliver content that match with the intent.
Relying on titles won’t take you so far. But the content itself will.
2. Personal Experience Matters
Content with personal experiences, unique points of view, and demonstrated expertise will perform much better. So, if you’ve never owned a cat and are creating a website about cats,
then be prepared to see a drop in traffic.
