ColdStack’s Binance Smart Chain Deployment
Dear community members, we are happy to announce that ColdStack is scheduled to deploy our $CLS token on the Binance Smart Chain after completing a series of final tests. We plan to launch the BSC version of our token on November 16th through Pancakeswap, the largest BSC decentralized exchange in cryptocurrency. The team would like to thank our community for their patience in the deployment of our token on BSC, and our Ethereum to BSC bridge — we wanted to take the time needed to make sure these features are as secure and sustainable as possible.
Launch Details
ColdStack will deploy the BSC version of our token on Pancakeswap on November 16th. The exact time is currently to be determined. This will coincide with the deployment of our native Ethereum to BSC bridge, allowing CLS token holders to swap their ETH based CLS tokens for tokens on the BSC network.

Our BSC bridge will be feeless, apart from gas. Please note that the minimum for transferring from Ethereum to BSC is 10 CLS tokens, and 25 CLS tokens if transferring from BSC to Ethereum, with this difference being caused by the gas requirements for each network.
No More Gas!
Our BSC deployment is a critical part of our team’s effort to create a greater user experience for our community members. We understand that dealing with the high transaction costs on the Ethereum blockchain can be prohibitive to some looking to get involved in our ecosystem, and wanted to create a way for people to obtain CLS tokens without dealing with these prohibitive costs.
Deploying to BSC will also be critical for our project’s outreach, as we know there are a number of people out there who simply do not utilize Ethereum in favor of more affordable options such as BSC. With BSC being one of the most popular and reliable blockchain networks on the market, we feel it makes perfect sense to begin ColdStack’s cross-network expansion in this way. Deploying to these additional networks helps to expand awareness of ColdStack, and our mission to make decentralized storage as easy to access as possible. We are adamant about pushing forward in being able to offer CLS tokens on other networks as well, such as Matic.
