    快速screen,多數客觀問題,少有主觀問題如對自己的領導力有何評價。幾句交談,難以說明在自己定義的領導力框架下,做過甚麼有影嚮力的具體描述。
  • Role-related Knowledge & Expertise
    與職位相關的專業知識和技能,tech lead 最清楚。現場所見,佔大多數的,是 HR 的人。想想這活動目的,也能理解。
  • Culture Fit
    想做一間怎樣的公司,founders 最清楚。大公司,candidates screening 交給 HR 就好,讀的 culture,也是白紙黑字印在 handbook 上的句子,一般很普世,好難唔 fit。小公司,創辦人們有著十萬件事去忙,既花錢買入場卷又用幾小時相睇,成本頗高,是小公司 unfriendly。所以在活動裡很難碰到 founders。

後記
