由於朋友的推薦，發現台灣風電產業，於是我萌生了爬風機梯子的想法，投了幾家風電公司的風機維修技師的缺，第一家面試是永傳能源Wind Turbine Technician

這裡我用以下影片說明風機技師會遇到的HSE(Health, Safety and Environment) issue
維修技師的風險有維護和施工兩種:
維護可分為三項：從路上裝備著裝檢查，登上運輸船開往海上風機，到進入離岸風機塔內維修。
1.Offshore:
-PPE(personal protective equipment): life jacket ,shoes, helmet ,gloves
-Fall arrest: for slip trip fall, clamps,tools
-Buddy check
2.Boarding the Transfer Vessel :
-Seat belt fastened all the time
-Marine transfer: bad weather condition , survive in water
3.Inside the turbine
-Stop wind turbine
-Log on using control panel (inside the turbine )
Working at the height
-Wearing PPEe at all time ;fall arrest ;always attached to safety point
-Weather Hazard : too strong wind, thunderstorm ;if stranded in bad weather : survival kit , sleeping bags, 3 day supply of food and water ,first aid kit
-Energy Release Hazard :electrical ,mechanical, hydraulic, fire
-Emergency arrangement :familiarity with procedure ,2 way radio
-Confined, limited area , overhead hazard
During Construction施工時的風險
-Using gloves to hand arm vibration
-Follow designated walk way, don’t walk under suspended loads

歷史上發生風機事故風速太快轉不停、火災、傾倒…等，還是有風險

P6 解釋以下名詞，以及如何有效管理
1.Inventory Management
Taking a gearbox for example, a gearbox accounts for 13% of the whole turbine’s cost so it may cause high inventory cost. We have to take into many factors into consideration like : procurement (lead time, cost), expected lifespan ,warehouse spaces and costs ,availability of maintenance…etc for optimization.
2.Shift and Rotation
During installation ,we prefer to finish the tasks ASAP under some meteorological condition and save huge cost incurred by vessels(chartering jack-up barge or a crane ship) ,equipment and personnel expenses. Thus we implement shift and rotation of workers (for example 2 shifts of 12 hours) for continuous work.

time-based/production-based performance of the turbine in a period of time.the latter we can use data from Nacelle anemometer to determine its performance
