油痘肌常常為了處理出油、粉刺和痘痘的問題，所以很常在保養上選擇酸類、A 醇類的產品去協助更新角質，甚至定期使用清潔面膜或物理性去角質產品去解決角質堆積，但這些行為其實只要使用者稍微沒控制好使用頻率或是挑到不適合的產品，就很容易造成泛紅刺激、屏障受損，有些人會刻意去尋找含有神經醯胺的產品去改善這些副作用，不過，若是從舒緩的角度來看，想要對這些問題做救急，刻意去找神經醯胺並非最佳選項（有很好，但並非必要），當務之急是想辦法把發炎反應抑制下來，並且即刻提供肌膚良好的封閉性，以隔離刺激（做法類似皮膚科開類固醇軟膏那樣），而寶拉珍選這款產品便是這樣的設計~

¶ Water：水。
¶ Cyclopentasiloxane：
環戊矽氧烷，揮發性矽靈，其具有滑順而不油膩的感覺。
¶ Dimethicone（and）Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer：
二甲基矽氧烷、聚二甲基矽氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲矽氧烷交聯聚合物，矽靈彈性體原料，絲柔啞光的使用感，能夠柔霧修飾肌膚，同時減少產品的黏膩感。
¶ Glycerin：
甘油，保濕性小分子多元醇，也可作為溶劑。
¶ Butylene Glycol：
丁二醇，保濕性小分子多元醇，也可作為溶劑。
¶ Bis-Phenylpropyl Dimethicone：
雙-苯丙基聚二甲基矽氧烷，能與多種矽靈、合成酯和三酸甘油脂類相容，也因為其不油膩、低黏度的使用感與低揮發性，所以適合用作清爽的潤膚劑使用。
¶ Glycerin（and）Water（and）Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract：
甘油、水、甘草根萃取，在文獻中，甘草根因為含有 Glabridin 和 Glycyrrhizin ，所以具有美白（ 美白效果堪比氫醌，但又很溫和）、提亮膚色、舒緩抗發炎、抗氧化的效果，此外，雖然市面上有很多有添加甘草根萃取的產品，但萃取工藝和品質參差不齊（因為主要牽涉 Glabridin 的含量），真正具有良好美白效果的甘草根萃取不便宜。[7][8][9]
¶ Allantoin：
尿囊素，有幫助肌膚舒緩、促進傷口癒合的功效。[1][2][3]
¶ Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate：
甘草酸二鉀，從文獻與原料資料中得知除了具有舒緩外，還有抑制黑色素生成、調理皮脂分泌和促進傷口癒合的功能。[4]
¶ Glycerin（and）Water（and）Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract：
甘油、水、柳蘭花/葉/莖萃取，推測採用 Canadian Willowherb 5C PF，其富含能抗痤瘡桿菌、抗氧化與抑制 5-α 還原酶的月見草素 B（Oenothein B），而在體外實驗中，也證實具有抗痤瘡桿菌與抗氧化（針對超氧化氫自由基與超氧化物）的功能。
而人體實驗中，於受試者的肌膚上用 15% 乳酸刺激 4 小時，使肌膚發紅和刺痛，然後再分別塗抹含有 3% 添加量的 Canadian Willowherb 或 1% 氫化可的松（Hydrocortisone，一種類固醇用藥）的樣品做對比， 觀察不同時間的肌膚泛紅改善效果，結果顯示：
- Canadian Willowherb 的組別在施用後 30 分鐘就讓肌膚退紅 24%，而氫化可的松的組別在相同時間內僅退紅 14%。
- Canadian Willowherb 的組別在施用後 24 小時就讓肌膚退紅 27%，而氫化可的松的組別在相同時間內僅退紅 24%。
無論是短時間的退紅還是長時間的舒緩，3% Canadian Willowherb 都優於 1% 氫化可的松。
另一方面，受試者照射紫外線後 24 小時，分別塗抹對照組或含有 3% Canadian Willowherb 的樣品，施用後 4 小時後發現，使用 Canadian Willowherb 的組別退紅效果明顯高於對照組。
¶ Cyclopentasiloxane（and）Dimethicone（and）Phenyl Trimethicone：
環戊矽氧烷、二甲基矽氧烷、苯基聚三甲基矽氧烷，以 GELAID 5565 為例，可以做成透明或半透明的凝膠，提供增稠與包覆性，讓產品帶有一些豐厚的絲絨感。
¶ Beta-Glucan：
β-葡聚糖，功能身兼保濕、抗炎舒緩、傷口癒合、抗老與改善肌膚粗糙度，雖然該成分分子很大，但從研究中發現，β-葡聚糖能滲透到肌膚，甚至到達真皮層，以 0.1% 添加量使用至 8 周後，發現受試者的皺紋與肌膚粗糙度有所改善。[5][6]
¶ Sodium Hyaluronate：
玻尿酸鈉，保濕。
¶ Water（and）Butylene Glyco（and）Arctium Lappa Root Extract：
水、丁二醇、牛蒡根萃取，在文獻中，牛蒡根萃取具有抗發炎、抗氧化和調理皮脂分泌的功效。[10]
¶ Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract：
茶葉萃取，根據文獻，茶葉萃取中富含茶多酚，茶多酚最主要且活性最高的是表沒食子兒茶素沒食子酸酯（EGCG），除了抗氧化與舒緩外，也有研究指出能降低紫外線對肌膚的光損傷與發炎，減少曬傷細胞的數量，少部分研究有發現茶葉萃取物也具有抗痘的潛力。[11][12][13][14][15][16][17]
¶ Laminaria Saccharina (Algae) Extract：
糖海帶萃取，從 COSMELENE NEPTUNE KELP 的資料來看，糖海帶萃取中富含可以舒緩肌膚的昆布多醣（Laminarin）、保濕的海藻酸（Alginic Acid）與甘露醇外，還含有海藻多酚可以提供抗氧化效果。
¶ Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract：
葡萄籽萃取，根據文獻，葡萄籽萃取富含原花青素、黃酮類、白藜蘆醇等抗氧化物質，除了能降低脂質過氧化與 UVB 引起的光損傷外，還可以調節發炎反應，舒緩肌膚，並透過促進膠原蛋白合成進一步改善皺紋。另外，葡萄籽萃取也具有抗菌潛力。[18][19][20][21][22][23][24]
¶ Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer（and）Isohexadecane（and）Polysorbate 80：
丙烯酸羥乙酯/丙烯醯二甲基牛磺酸鈉共聚物、異十六烷、聚山梨醇酯 80，採用 SEPPIC 的 SIMULGEL INS 600，能在低黏度的條件下乳化多種油脂，並且賦予料體有光澤、柔軟的質地，塗抹過程中甚至會帶有一種吸收後啞光、融入肌膚的感覺。
¶ Hydroxyethylcellulose：
羥乙基纖維素，增稠劑。
¶ Sodium Carbomer：
卡波莫鈉，採用 AQUPEC MG N40R，原料本身為大小接近的球型粉末，在分散上會比傳統卡波莫方便快速，且無需中和就能溶脹，形成高稠度、但遇到剪切力會稀化的凝膠。
凝膠外觀呈現霧面感，塗抹開來清爽不黏膩，而且相對不容易起屑。
¶ Panthenol：
泛醇，可以幫助肌膚保濕、抗發炎，同時促進肌膚生成神經醯胺，部分文獻指出能促進傷口癒合。[25][26][27][28]

使用感與效果：
1️⃣使用感：
微黃色霧狀凝膠質地，塗抹開來會輕微化水，然後開始冒出明顯的絲絨柔滑感，留下透氣、稍微保濕的感受，肌膚會呈現啞光的外觀。
氣味上會有來自植萃原料帶來的特殊香甜。
2️⃣效果：
這款產品單用的情況下（不搭配其他帶舒緩功能的產品），對於使用酸類後或是屏障受損的泛紅有非常快速的改善，改善幅度可能引人而異，但在我臉上幾乎能退掉一半，不過保濕度就是一般屏障健康的偏油肌剛剛好的程度，所以覺得保濕不足的話需要額外疊加保濕產品。
*使用量：早晚取一顆橄欖的量塗擦全臉。

1️⃣配方角度：
¶ 質地：
油相採用停留型矽靈、揮發型矽靈與矽靈彈性體，除了能創造絲滑的使用感外，也能透過部分的揮發性與輕薄質地，讓產品塗抹開來舒適不油膩。
水相中小分子多元醇與少量的泛醇，提供產品塗抹時的水潤感受，而膠體中的玻尿酸與羥乙基纖維素賦予細微的滑潤感，卡波莫鈉 和 SIMULGEL INS 600 營造出化水與啞光的效果。
¶ 效果：
雖然作為一款舒緩主訴求的產品，本質上就是在減少發炎，但因為產品定位給偏油的膚質，所以功效成分上也朝著調理皮脂分泌與輔助抗痘去挑：
- 調理皮脂分泌：牛蒡根萃取、甘草酸二鉀
- 輔助抗痘：Canadian Willowherb 5C PF、茶葉萃取
- 降低酸類使用後的泛紅：Canadian Willowherb 5C PF、甘草根萃取、尿囊素、甘草酸二鉀、β-葡聚糖、泛醇
而在抗老方面，採用葡萄籽、茶葉、糖海帶與牛蒡萃取提供抗氧化、光保護與促進膠原蛋白的新生，β-葡聚糖協同改善皺紋與肌膚粗糙感。
最後在保濕方面，考量到偏油肌大多喜愛清爽的質地，所以水相採用玻尿酸鈉、β-葡聚糖、多元醇與富含海藻酸與昆布多醣的糖海帶萃取，油相則是以多種形式的矽靈提供潤膚與輕微封閉的效果，至於泛醇因為本身原料較黏稠，所以可以明顯看出添加量上比較低，是作為輔助保濕舒緩的角色。
¶ 防腐體系：
採用 Ethylhexylglycerin 與 Phenoxyethanol 來建構防腐系統。
2️⃣我想推薦給誰？
這款非常適合偏油肌使用，特別推薦給有在用酸類、A 醇類產品的人，可以用來緩解泛紅敏感的副作用，不過這系列已經改版，新版的 Clam 系列最大的變化是拿掉了矽靈類，改以其他輕質油脂取代，並且多了肌膚微生態的概念，有興趣的朋友也可以嘗試看看。
