Synopsis: The film depicts the daily lives of Kaoru Ushijima, the manager of the ultra-violent black-market finance company “Cow Cow Finance,” and its employees, as well as the various personalities of the customers who visit Cow Cow Finance and the people involved, and the dark side of society.
