Meet Chanasa Pornjitudom, Marketing Supervisor for the Thailand market.
Chanasa joined Crescendo Lab’s Marketing team in June 2021, and is responsible for Thai market research and expansion. Prior to joining Crescendo Lab, Chanasa worked in B2B and B2C business development and performance marketing roles for start ups in both Thailand and Taiwan.
Chanasa在2021年6月加入漸強實驗室行銷團隊，擔任泰國市場的Marketing Supervisor，負責泰國市場研究及推廣。在加入漸強之前，Chanasa曾負責B2B及B2C市場開發及績效行銷，並同時具備台灣及泰國新創公司的工作經驗。

What made you decide to join Crescendo Lab?
I joined Crescendo Lab because I believe the company’s technology platform will help transform the digital marketing landscape in Thailand. Like in Taiwan, I believe our marketing technology platform is perfectly suited for small and large businesses alike in Thailand, and with Thailand being one of the leading countries in Southeast Asia, our company has unlimited growth potential there. I am excited about the opportunity to build out a unique offering specifically for our Thai clients that will help their businesses grow with more loyal and happier customer bases.
為什麼選擇加入漸強實驗室？
選擇加入漸強實驗室，是因為我相信漸強的產品能夠協助轉變泰國企業的數位行銷生態。我相信漸強能夠仿照目前在台灣的運作模式，協助泰國企業主解決行銷問題、提升顧客體驗。考量到泰國作為東南亞的重要市場，漸強實驗室在泰國有很大的成長空間。因此，我認為這是一個非常有趣且充滿挑戰性的機會。

What is your typical week like?
My typical week is anything but typical. Since we recently expanded to Thailand, I am responsible for a little bit of everything. I work closely with Product, Business Development and Customer Success Teams to plan out Thailand market expansion, hold Webinar to share industry trends and introduce our product and service. I also partner with our management team to implement key growth strategies and hire likeminded people to grow our ambitions in Thailand. Besides, I also participate in business development activities for our largest clients by scoping out RFPs (Request for Proposal) and closing deals.
你平常一週的工作模式是什麼？
我們並沒有「典型」的工作模式。由於泰國市場還在初始拓展階段，我需要負責幾乎所有的相關內容。我們會跟產品、商務開發和客戶成功團隊密切合作，討論市場拓展計畫、舉辦線上說明會介紹產業趨勢及介紹我們的產品與服務，並與管理團隊討論並擬定關鍵成長策略、協助泰國員工招募等等。另外，我也會參與一些商業開發的工作內容，包含製作需求建議書（RFP），以及協助泰國客戶簽約。
What do you like about Crescendo Lab?
I love the supportive and collaborative culture at Crescendo Lab. From Day 1, my colleagues have trusted me to make decisions for the Thailand market and our team has worked together to establish the company in Thailand, build out our expansion plan and close deals. We are all encouraged to share our thoughts at meetings so each and every one of us are contributing to the success of the company.
喜歡漸強實驗室的哪些地方？
我喜歡漸強實驗室支持及包容的公司文化。從加入的第一天開始，公司就對展現充足的信任，完完全全讓我負責泰國市場的行銷決策。透過團隊合作，我們逐步建立泰國市場拓展計畫，以及完成一些客戶的簽約。另外，公司也鼓勵大家主動提出想法，在會議中每位員工都有機會表達自己的意見，對公司大大小小的決策產生影響。
