行為學、心理學大師,諾貝爾經濟學獎得主,也是「快思慢想」的作者 Daniel Kahneman 告訴我們,如果你想說服別人做一件事情,這樣想比較有用。
The way to effectively persuade someone to do something is not by thinking of a way to make him/her do it, but by reflecting on two critical questions: “Why isn’t s/he already doing it?” and “What has stopped him/her from doing it?”
別想要做什麼、製造什麼誘因他才會去做。要想的是,為什麼他不做?有什麼東西擋住了他?我能幫他清掉什麼障礙讓他去做那件事情?
