Let’s go on an old-fashioned date with Taipei. The property is 3 minutes walking from MRT Shuang-Lian station, and all the traditional street food that hides in the corners of the lively Shuang-Lian market is also 3 minutes walk away. After a satisfying meal, you can walk along the old houses in Chifeng street with the smell of that famous but nameless pork chop place. If you’re feeling a little cultural today, just spent your day in MOCA or the cinema which are only 15 minutes away. If not, you can just simply chill all day in the park.

The concept of sharing goes through the co-living. It helps us to live in a more eco-friendly and closer community. In Banana Co-living-Zhongshan, we provide two shared bikes which allow you to slow down your pace, and appreciate the the beauty of the city in a relaxing but still efficient way. Find a time to have an adventure on the bike with your roommates, you might create your own exclusive memories of the city.

Room A — 男生四人房 Male Quad Room
每床月租 NT$10000，含水電網路瓦斯（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
NT$10000 per bed per month, includes all bills.(The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. Price for short-term lease will be higher. )
共用房間內有兩張雙層床，可供四位男性住宿。每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，房內有一張大工作桌，並且有大片面對街景的窗戶，自然的光線灑進來，即使不開燈也很明亮。每個室友都有兩個可鎖櫃子和一組四層抽屜，重要的物品可安心存放，衣物也有足夠的儲藏空間。
The shared room has 2 bunk beds for four male. Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table, and large windows facing the street, which allow the natural light in during daytime, lighting up the room without turning on the light. Each roommate has two lockers and a set of four drawers. Personal belongings can be safely stored, and clothing also has enough storage space.
Room B — 女生三人房 Female Triple Room
每床月租 NT$10000，含水電網路瓦斯（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）

共用房間內有一張雙層床和一張較高的單人床，單人床下有多餘的儲物空間，房間可供三位女性住宿。每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，房內有一張大工作桌。每個室友都有兩個可鎖櫃子和一組四層抽屜，重要的物品可安心存放，衣物也有足夠的儲藏空間。
The shared room has 1 bunk bed and a higher single bed for three female. Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table. Under the single bed, there is extra space for storage. Each roommate has two lockers and a set of four drawers. Personal belongings can be safely stored, and clothing also has enough storage space.
Room C — 兩人房 Twin Room

共用房間內有兩張單人床，房間可供兩位女性或男性住宿。個人有一張工作桌和一組衣櫥，兩人剛剛好的雅致空間。
The shared room has 2 single beds for two female/male. Each roommate has a personal working desk and a set of drawer. It’s a perfect room for two.
Room D — 女生四人房 Female Quad Room

Room E — 單人房 Single Room
此房單人月租 NT$16000，兩人月租NT$18000，含水電網路瓦斯（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）

單人房內配置了一張大床(150*188 cm)、一張書桌、衣架和抽屜，還有一塊面對後陽台的小空間，想在自己的空間裡獨處，或是到房間外和大家聊天都很自在。
The single room is equipped with a 150 cm*188 cm double bed, a desk, a clothes hanger,and a shelf where you can store your personal items. Apart from that, there’s a free space facing the balcony, perfect for people who either want some alone time or hanging out with other roommates in the common area.
