Located right at East Dist., the most fancy area in Taipei, and facing the little forest on Dunhua S. Rd.. When you get up here, a deep breath with view of lots of trees, just give you vitality for a day! Another angle, you can easily see Taipei 101, the highlight of the city.

此房單人月租 NT$20000，兩人月租NT$22000，含水電網路瓦斯（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）

單人套房內有個人衛浴，配置了一張大床(150*188 cm)、床邊書桌、書架、衣架和抽屜，還有個人的小沙發電視區，想在自己的空間裡獨處，或是到房間外和大家聊天都很自在。即使兩個人一起住宿，空間也很足夠!

The suite room is equipped with a 150cm*188cm double bed, a desk, book shelf, clothes hangers, and its own bathroom. Apart from that, there is a small lounge room where to watch personal TV or just to relax in the room, perfect for people who either want some alone time or hanging out with other roommates in the common area. The room is also available for 2 people to live, a good choice for couples, siblings, or friends.

Room B — 單人房 Single Room

單人房配置了一張加大單人床(120*200cm)、書桌、書架、衣架和抽屜。在個人的天地裡閱讀、沉思，或只是想獨自安靜一下，或是到房間外和大家聊天都很自在。
The single room is equipped with a large single bed (120cm*200cm), a desk, book shelf, clothes hangers. Apart from that, perfect for people who either want some quiet moment or hanging out with other roommates in the common area. Rent includes all bills.

Room C, E, F — 女生四人房 Female Quad Room

NT$10000 per bed per month, includes all bills.

共用房間內有兩張雙層床，可供四位女性住宿。每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，房內有一張大工作桌，窗戶一打開就面對敦化南路大片樹海，如同城市中的森林，起床時一個森呼吸開始一天的活力。每個室友都有一組置衣設備和可鎖櫃子，重要的物品可安心存放。

The shared room has 2 bunk beds for four female. Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table for all roommates. Every morning you can just open the window enjoy the fresh air and see plenty of trees. Each roommate has a set of clothing storage facilities and a locker for personal belongings.

Room D , G, H— 男生三人/四人房 Male Triple/Quad Room

共用房間內有一張雙層床和一張單人床，可供三位男性住宿。每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，房內有一張大工作桌，每個室友都有一組可鎖的衣櫃，重要的物品可安心存放。同樣面對敦化南路樹海，迎接自然採光與良好的通風空間，除了主要的廚房與公共空間，房外還有小型、附有電視的起居空間，以及充滿趣味的室內草皮與室外露台。

The shared room has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed for three male. Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table for all roommates. Each roommate has a big locker for personal belongings and clothing. There’s a window in the room with a view the green of the city, which allows nature lights and air flows in the room. Besides the main common area like the living room and the kitchen, there’re other cozy spaces such as the cozy lounge, indoor grass area, and outdoor terrace, which are perfect for relaxing.

公共空間 Public Space

東區為香蕉同居中目前最大的空間，擁有一片大露臺遙望敦化南路，空間佈置上設計了適合與一群室友共同聚會的主要公共空間，也有許多能夠獨自一人放鬆的小角落。室內擺飾以豐富的色彩與改造傢俱讓生活空間更饒富趣味。

East Dist. is the largest co-living apartment in Banana Co-living, having a terrace facing Dunhua road. In terms of the interior design, the public areas include main public areas which are perfect for gathering and cozy corners for some quiet alone time. The whole co-living apartment is very colorful and decorated with vintage makeover furniture, giving the space a cool and upbeat vibe.
