西門町是台北市西區最重要且國際化程度最高的消費商圈，以年輕族群為主要的消費對象，並吸引了許多國際觀光客造訪此處。其特色還包含擁有台北市第一條指標性意義的徒步區，以及象徵青少年的流行次文化、見證電影脈動的電影街。

[香蕉同居中：西門]位於漢中街上一棟安靜的大樓內，與熱鬧的步行區和紅樓就相隔一條街區的距離，平行的中華路上公車路線密集，是公車轉乘的重點區域。捷運板南線、松山新店線，在西門站交會。所在位置是真、心、不、騙，的鬧中取靜又交通方便！

Ximending is the source of Taiwan’s fashion, subculture, and a popular shopping district for young people. It has a lot of clubs and pubs in the surrounding area. The well-known Ximending Pedestrian Area was the first pedestrian area built in Taipei and is the largest in Taiwan.

“Banana Coliving — Ximen” is located in a quiet area on Hanzhong Street, just a block away from Ximending Pedestrian Area and The Red House. Many bus lines gather on Zhonghua Road where next to Hanzhong Street, an important area for bus transfers. It is also accessible via exit 1 of the Taipei Metro Ximen Station (Bannan Line and Songshan-Xindian Line). The location of “Banana Coliving — Ximen” is perfect balanced between popular and quiet.

出社會、獨立以後，工作時負擔沉重壓力，即使已經不能像小朋友一樣耍賴耍任性，在生活中還是需要有趣的東西來讓自己感到平衡和放鬆。與朋友在手足球台上的較勁廝殺令人抒壓；手機用藍芽連線到Marshell的復古音箱放著rock’n roll，學生時期玩樂團的歲月都還記得，那時候為了買一場國外地下樂團的門票，可以一整個禮拜只吃泡麵(笑)。年紀漸長，那種青春的衝力漸漸轉化成對事物欣賞的能力，也愈喜歡老東西。古董店看到的老家具、具有溫潤質感的家飾品，現在似乎更能讓人花光積蓄…

生活在這老台北區域，知名小吃更讓人流連忘返，例如中華路上的鴨肉扁、峨嵋街的阿宗麵線、開封街的賽門鄧普拉，成都路上的上海老天祿、成都楊桃冰與蜂大咖啡、漢口街的楊記花生玉米冰、昆明街的宏益水晶餃、洛陽街的牛肉麵，加上許多日式餐廳及傳承中國口味的各式外省餐廳，將老台北人及新台北人的味覺搭起了傳承的橋樑。

After growing up and being independent, we work under heavy pressure, and can’t just behave like a child, but we still need interesting things to balance and relax in the life.

Battle on the foosball with friends is kind of relaxing, listening to rock’n roll to Marshell speakers is a kind of relaxing. Those things remind us our youth years, when life was easy and simple, and we would spend all money just for a concert ticket!

As we grow older, our crazy minds transform into the ability to appreciate things, especially old things. The old furniture in the antique shop, or the home decor with warm texture, we are willing to spend more money on it.

Living in this area, famous restaurants, diners, and street food around are so attractive. Eating is the best! Wherever you come from, it’s always the best way to taste the real of Taipei.

共用房間內有一張雙層床，房間可供兩位女性住宿。房間內有一套功能完整的衛浴，容易維持整潔。
每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，床位各配置一組閱讀燈和置物架，房內有一張大共用桌。
The shared room has 1 bunk bed for four girls. A bathroom in the room just shared by 2 people. Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table for all roommates.

兩人合住房間內有兩張單人床，房間可供兩位男性/女性/好友住宿。每人擁有自己的書桌椅和桌燈，空間明亮、動線寬敞。
The shared room has 2 single beds for two female/male. Each roommate has a personal working desk. It’s a bright and broad room, just perfect for two.

每張床鋪周圍都有拉簾提供個人隱私空間，床位各配置一組閱讀燈和置物架，房內有一張大共用桌，大窗戶或落地窗面對繁華街景。
Each bed has a curtain around to provide personal privacy. There is a large working table for all roommates. A big window in every room so booming city view is just right here, where outside your window.

每個室友都有自己的衣物收納設備，也有可上鎖儲物櫃，重要的物品可安心存放。房間門加裝電子密碼鎖，房門關上就自動上鎖。公共空間有錄影監視系統，滅火器和偵煙、偵熱警報器也都是基本配備。在這裡居住者的安全是最被重視也是最可以放心的事。

Every roommate has a set of clothing storage facillities and a locker for personal belongings. The doors are installed with electronic locks, so they are automatically locked when closed. There are video surveillance systems in common area. Fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and thermal detectors are also basic equipment. The safety of cohabitants here is the most valued and important thing.

入住時我們提供每位居住者一組乾淨床單、被套、枕套、浴巾，只要帶著個人衣物和盥洗用品即可入住。公共空間內鍋碗瓢盆餐具齊全，也配置洗衣機和烘衣機。

We offer a set of clean sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases and bath towels upon check-in, what you need to bring are your own personal stuffs and toiletries. We also provide all kitchen implement as pots, pans, dishes, cups, and cutleries, that enough for every cohabitant’s using. It also equips with washing machines and drying machines in the common area.
