「共居」不只是字面上的共同居住空間，更是一個交換生活經驗、提供每日驚喜、製造精彩的大平台。當生活變成一個迴圈，何不試著跳出框框，體驗不一樣的日常呢？
A man’s life can present many different appearances. What if several people live together, how many possibilities will emerge together?
“Co-living” is not only a literal live-together space, but also a platform for exchanging life experience, and creating surprise and excitement. When life becomes a circle, why not try to jump out of the box and experience a different life?

白手起家的企業家，教養出成就非凡的後代，家族一貫低調樸實的生活。開枝散葉後，將這個數十年家族居住的空間，交給我們延續這裡的故事。
The story started with an entrepreneur who had brought up extraordinary descendants, and this family has always lived a low-key and simple life. They gave us the space where the family lived for decades to continue the story here.
位在中山國中附近的寧靜住宅區，於市中心與內湖科技園區的中點。往內湖方向沿途有松山機場、美麗華商圈、南港經貿園區；往南經過南京東路商圈、忠孝復興商圈、終點站的木柵動物園和貓纜…交通時間都在 30分鐘以內。
在台灣經濟起飛、貿易發達的年代，附近外商雲集的大樓，曾在此寫下一頁又一頁的經濟發展史。也許因為當時外商常聚於此區，第一家麥當勞就在同一區塊；首個全國性美國式示範社區「民生社區」也很近。附近餐館很明顯地以提供白領早餐、午餐為業，還有讓人下班後可應酬、聚會的各種餐廳和酒吧。
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area near Zhongshan Junior High School, at the midpoint of the city center and Neihu Science and Technology Park. The transportation time to both ends of Brown Line is within 30 minutes.
In the era when Taiwan’s economy and trade developed, this area was where foreign businessmen gathered, they had written the page of Taiwan's economic development history here.
Perhaps because of those reasons, Taiwan first McDonald’s was in this block; also the first national American-style demonstration community “Minsheng Community” was also very close. The nearby diners provide breakfast and lunch for office workers, as well as various restaurants and bars where people can socialize and party after getting off work.
室內設計 Interior Design
在Junior開始施工之前，我們整合了前面幾個公寓營運幾年下來的經驗：提高個人收納空間，降低公共空間被堆放雜物的可能。單人房與合住房比例約1:1，單人房讓出多一點份量給公共空間，使居住其中的室友經常走出房間。相對地，合住房需要足夠的動線讓2-3人同時在房間內活動，是我們這次規畫比較不同以往之處，設計風格也更強烈，期待以更跳脫傳統住宅視覺的想法去呈現。
Before the start of the construction of Junior, we integrated the experience of several previous apartment operations for several years: to increase the personal storage space and reduce the possibility of piled up debris in the public space. The ratio of the single rooms to shared rooms is about 1:1.
The single rooms give more space to the common area, so that the roommates living in it can often walk out of the rooms. On the other hand, shared rooms need more space to allow 2–3 people to move in the room. This is how we think about the design. We look forward to presenting it with an idea that is more detached from traditional residential vision.
首先我們將老屋的廚房、餐廳、客廳格局破壞再重組，敲除的牆面、天花板刻意保留粗獷的質感，管線以外露的EMT管排列出整齊的線條，地面施作三層epoxy，不但比純水泥地面更有彈性，也彌補水泥地板容易龜裂和脫屑的缺點，加上epoxy材質的光滑表面，提亮原本較灰暗的工業風格。
First, we destroyed and reorganized the layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room of the old house. The knocked-out walls and ceilings deliberately retained the rough texture. The exposed EMT pipes lined up neat lines. The floor was constructed with three layers of epoxy. The cement floor is softer, and it also makes up for the shortcomings of the cement floor, which are easy to get cracks and delamination. With the smooth surface of the epoxy material, it brightens the original darker industrial style.
隔間牆使用環保建材－石膏磚，具有防火、防潮、防震、隔音、隔熱的優點，而且施工快，可直接上漆或是防水塗層，實際施作的效果也很好。
施工設計前，我們諮詢建築師，以符合H-1類組建築技術規則去規劃。例如走廊寬度需不小於120公分、使用耐燃建材等等，各房間安裝住警器，廚房位置加裝一氧化碳偵測器。在公共空間，包括陽台和入口處，除了基本的逃生指示、緊急照明、滅火器，我們也加裝監視錄影系統，將居住安全裝置提高等級。
We use environmentally friendly building materials - gypsum bricks, which have the advantages of fire prevention, moisture resistance, shock resistance, sound insulation, and heat insulation, and the construction is fast, and it can be directly painted and waterproof layer. The actual effect is also very good.
Before the construction starts, we consulted the architect to plan in accordance with the H-1 group building technical rules. For example, the width of the corridor should be no less than 120 cm, the use of fire-resistant building materials, etc., each room should be equipped with alarms, and the kitchen should be equipped with carbon monoxide detectors. In common area, including balconies and entrances, besides the escape instructions, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers, we also install surveillance video systems to improve residential safety devices.
屋主將房子交給我們的時候，衣櫃裡還放滿著家族成員的衣物，從老爺爺和老奶奶那些剪裁質料講究的套裝、西裝、配件，彷彿看見當時上流社會的社交生活與繁華的過往。
When the owner handed over the house to us, the closet was still full of family members’ clothing. From the suits, dresses, and accessories of the grandpa and grandma, we seemed to see the social life and prosperous past of the upper-class society at that time.
深具時代意義的縫紉機、文件櫃、打字機、立燈，許久沒有人觸摸，在我們眼中卻是無價的珍寶。稍做整理之後，便成為這間屋子裡最棒的裝飾品，也希望將這些老物價值繼續傳下去。
Sewing machines, file cabinets, typewriters, and standing lamps with histories have not been touched for a long time, but in our eyes, they are priceless treasures. After a little tidying up, it becomes the best decoration in this house, and we also hope to keep the value of these old things.
廚房檯面以水泥紅磚打造，局部裸露的紅磚呼應先前敲除的牆面，開放式的設計，讓整個空間更為流動，也串聯客廳與餐廳空間，在料理食物的同時，還能與其他室友有各種互動，進而創造並增添「共同生活」的氛圍。
The kitchen counter is made of cement and red bricks, and the partially exposed bricks echo the knocked-out walls. The open design makes the whole space more fluid. It also connects the living room and the dining area. While cooking food, people can interact with others and add to the atmosphere of “co-living”.
衛浴以性別區隔，女生衛浴有兩間廁所和一間淋浴間，男生衛浴有一間廁所、一個小便斗、一間淋浴間，外面另外增加一個男女共用的淋浴間，同時，兩間衛浴各配置兩個洗手面盆，這樣即使滿住狀況下也不需等待輪流使用。
Bathrooms are separated by gender. There are two toilets and one shower room in the female bathroom. One toilet, one urinal, and one shower room in the male bathroom. There is also another unisex shower room outside. And the two bathrooms are each equipped two washbasins, so the tenants don’t need to wait to use them in turn.

Room A - 雙人房
此房單人月租 NT$16000，雙人月租NT$18000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
NT$16000 for single tenant, NT$18000 for double tenants per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
雙人床以架高方式增加使用空間，下方或坐或臥都很舒服。配置三門衣櫃和單人書桌，可靈活運用房內空間。
The double bed is on the top, and it is comfortable to sit or lie down underneath that. Equipped with a big wardrobe and a desk. The room can be very comfy!
Room B — 單人房
此房可供一位入住，月租 NT$14000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
NT$14000 per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
與A房一樣將床架高，床下空間充裕，所以將書桌安置在這個地方，單人居住非常舒適。
Similar with Room A, there is a single bed on the top, and the desk is placed under that. It’s a good choice for single tenant.
Room C — 雙人房
此房單人月租 NT$17000，雙人月租NT$19000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
NT$17000 for single tenant, NT$19000 for double tenants per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
C房是這裡空間最大的單人房，配置一張雙人床與三門衣櫃，同樣有個人書桌，如果喜歡共居生活又需要較多個人空間，C房最為推薦！
It is the largest room here. There are a double bed, a big wardrobe, and a desk. If you like co-living life and also need more personal space, Room C is the most recommended!
Room D— 單人房
此房可供一位入住，月租 NT$13500（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
NT$13500 per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
D房配置一張單人床，也有個人書桌和兩門衣櫃。雖然沒有對外窗，但是合宜的搭配，成為一個很溫馨的小窩。
Room D has a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. Although there is no external window, the room itself is still very good for single tenant.
Room E— 男生三人房
此房可供三位男性入住，每床位月租 NT$11000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
This room can be shared by 3 male tenants. NT$11000 per bed per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
三人房中有一張雙層床和一張單人床。每位室友都能使用一個衣櫃，以及房間中央的共用工作大桌，每張床邊都附上遮光拉簾，讓每位室友間不同的生活方式影響降到最低，並保持個人的隱私空間。
One bunk bed and a single bed can be found in this room. All the roommates share the big desk in the room, and have their own individual closet. To provide privacy for the tenants, the beds are all with curtains, personal plug-ins, and reading lights.
Room F— 女生三人房
此房可供三位女性入住，每床位月租 NT$11000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
This room can be shared by 3 female tenants. NT$11000 per bed per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
女生三人房中一樣是有一張雙層床和一張單人床。每位室友都能使用一組衣櫃，以及房間中央的共用工作大桌，每張床邊都附上遮光拉簾，讓每位室友間不同的生活方式影響降到最低，並保持個人的隱私空間。房間有兩面大窗戶，通風良好，在白天時讓光線進入室內。
The same as room E, this room has equipped one bunk bed and a single bed, which provides room for 3 female tenants. All the roommates share the big desk in the room, and have their own individual closet. There are 2 big windows in this room, it’s quite bright in the day time. To provide privacy for the tenants, the beds are all with curtains, personal plug-ins, and reading lights.
Room G— 女生兩人房
此房可供兩位女性入住，每床位月租 NT$12000（此價格為簽約六個月或以上者）
This room can be shared by 2 female tenants. NT$12000 per bed per month. (The rent is for 6 months or longer terms. For short-term lease will be higher. )
女生兩人房中有一組雙層床。每位室友有各自的工作桌，並且有更充足的收納櫃。床邊都附上遮光拉簾，讓室友間不同的生活方式影響降到最低，並保持個人的隱私空間。
This room has equipped one bunk bed, which provides room for 2 female tenants. Each roommate has one personal desk in the room, and have their own individual closet. To provide privacy for the tenants, the beds are all with curtains, personal plug-ins, and reading lights.
