小時候,在馬祖常見到極碩大、肉極厚的墨魚,用竹枝撐開晾在屋簷下飄蕩,吸盡天地日月風霜之精華;晾成了墨魚干之後的下場,當然就是切成條狀,燉排骨湯或紅燒肉──另類鯗㸆肉。墨魚干㸆肉,於今已不可得,只好用北海道魷魚煨小蹄膀。三高萬歲。
