2017년 시작된 신세틱스의 여정에서 대한민국은 가장 먼저 country community를 설립한 국가입니다. 현재까지도 country community가 있는 곳은 한국, 그리고 올해 초 중국 두 국가 뿐입니다.
최근 신세틱스 글로벌 커뮤니티는 300 이라는 타이틀로 marketing sub-community를 설립했는데, 한국 크립토 커뮤니티에 대한 관심과 한국 커뮤니티의 우수성에 대한 높은 평가, 그리고 최근 grantsDAO에 알려진 활발한 활동 덕분에 300에 가장 먼저 초청을 받았습니다.
가장 먼저 초청을 해준 분은 grantsDAO 멤버 4명 중 한 분인 CT입니다.
그리고 스파르탄 의회 8인 중 한 분인 Big Penny는 한국 커뮤니티의 이해를 돕기 위해 다음과 같이 300에 관해 설명해 주었습니다:
300 소개
The 300 is a community driven effort to increase the awareness for Synthetix within the crypto community and improving the Synthetix infrastructure beyond what the CCs and gDAO can do by themselves. For those purposes we are meeting in private to cooperatively work on social media campaigns and blog posts, educate each other about how to maximize everyone’s exposure on different social media platforms, amplify official and unofficial social media posts via coordinated efforts and plan and design front-end and back-end design changes to Synthetix which are then proposed to Core Contributors or the gDAO for implementation.
300 에 주여지는 혜택
There are a couple of benefits but only consistently active and productive users may get them. We will scrub passive or unproductive users in intervals:
a) Even people with initially very small social media presences experience a quick increase in following thanks to our combined efforts to boost our members exposure on Twitter, Reddit and other platforms.
b) Core Contributors, gDAO and Spartan Council sometimes drop valuable Alpha in the private channel so 300 members can post those early, before Synthetix officially posts about them.
c) If you do good work you can earn the much thought after and really neat looking 300 Discord Role which also includes a unique 300 badge that will be shown next to your name on discord. You will also be sorted on the highest user achievable spot in the user pane on our server. So 300 badge holders are super visible and it’s a huge bragging right.
d) There will be SNX rewards in different sizes both for people who are doing exceptional work or very consistently good work. The first SNX rewards were actually paid out today by gDAO to three members!
성공적인 300 참여 케이스
The 300 team is really surpassing everyone’s expectations. We are a very new effort, very much in the building phase right now but already people are drafting complete design overhauls of the staking.synthetix.io page (they were awarded a nice SNX reward from gDAO for that), everyone’s social media accounts grow like crazy and users who were pretty unknown before became super popular members of our community in record time. Matt (BammBoi) for example was a normal user a month ago and now is an Aelin guardian and a hot candidate for the next Synthetix Ambassador election. The 300 is a passion project of mine. I am very happy that Mike started it and I jumped right in to help the best I can since one of my election promises was to improve community participation and empower our community to make tangible and significant changes in how Synthetix is run and the 300 community effort is exactly this in it’s essence. I am happy to support it and I am very happy that you support it as well.

- 신세틱스와 같은 신념과 철학을 가진 분이시길 바랍니다. (ex) 왜 신세틱스가 이더리움만을 지지하는가)
- 영어로 읽고 쓰기가 가능하셔야 합니다…
- 본인의 마케팅 채널을 가지고 계셔야 합니다. 팔로우 수는 조건이 아니며 적으셔도 상관 없습니다. 현재 없으시다면 새로 만드시면 됩니다 :)
(1) 300 채널에서 공유되는 모든 트윗을 리트윗하는 것은 기본적인 활동이기에 트윗 계정을 가지고 계셔야 합니다
(2) 한국 대표이시기에 트윗 외에 한국 소셜 미디어 채널을 가지고 계시면 더욱 좋겠습니다 (ex) 네이버 블로그)
300 한국 대표 선발 — 프로세스
글로벌 커뮤니티에서 grantsDAO를 통해 retroactive rewards를 받으신 분들은 직접 초청하셨기에 텔레그램 네임 Sylvanas님, avava님, TG (노미)님, 고로치님은 가장 먼저 후보가 되셨습니다. 이 분들은 제가 개인적으로 컨택해 참여 여부를 문의드리겠습니다.
