OneGram Vault is a secure storage service for OneGram coins developed for GoldGuard clients.

The main role of cryptocurrency wallet is to store user's private and public keys. Moreover, such wallet is connected with blockchains to enable users to send and receive cryptocurrencies and monitor their balance. OneGram team in co-operation with its affiliate GoldGuard has prepared a unique service for storing user's private key called OneGram Vault. This service is activated for all GoldGuard users when they login via email or phone on the GoldGuard web page.

The Vault entails two-factor authentication process; hence it enforces the security level of users’ wallets. Later the service will be provided for all OneGram coins holders as a recommended service due to its innovative security parameters. The key feature of this service is its guarantee model since the GoldGuard company fully guarantees the security of users’ private keys. Even though the installation process is intuitive and user-friendly, we recommend reading carefully all instructions first.

Step1 — Activation

As the first step users are supposed to activate this service by simply clicking on the Activate button.

Step2 — Email validation

In this step users just enter the validation code they have received via email which immediately activates the Vault service. Due to security measures, this code is valid for 1 hour only. In case the user doesn’t enter the code within this time interval, he/she can click the Resend button and shall receive another verification code via email.

(Step 3 — Phone number validation)

Third step is meant for phone number validation. The user has to enter his/her phone number in the form of the international dialing code and the number without empty spaces. Next thing to do is to click on the Send SMS button.

Attention! This service depends on the settings of individual mobile phone operators and is currently available only in countries with higher security level requirements. Hence it is not displayed in most registration forms. The same is valid for Step 4.

(Step 4 — Another verification code)

OneGram Vault offers higher level of security because of multi-factor authentication. The first step is a PIN code obtained via SMS. After the user receives the PIN Code, he/she can enter it and click the Submit button. In case the user doesn’t receive any PIN code, he/she has to click on the Resend code button and wait for a new PIN code.

Attention! This service depends on the settings of individual mobile phone operators and is currently available only in countries with higher security level requirements. Hence it is not displayed in most registration forms.

Step 5 — Google Auth

Google Authenticator (Google Auth) is a mobile application developed by the company Google. It employs a two-step verification service based on one-time password algorithm for authenticating users of mobile applications. All users who want to use this service are supposed to have this app already installed, so before they continue, they are supposed to download and install it first. The app is available for android as well as iOS users and they can download it in the very next step by clicking on the Google Auth button.

Step 5A — Google Auth I

In this step users can download the Google Auth app by clicking on the respective button depending on the operation system their mobile phone uses. The QR code is available only for iOS version 11.1 or higher. If the users already have this app installed, they can skip this step by clicking on the Continue button.

Step 5B — Google Auth II

After scanning the QR code Google Auth will automatically generate the 6-digits code. Users must click the Next button to continue to the next level.

Step 5C — Google Auth III

In this step users just enter their 6-digits code generated by Google Auth which was automatically sent to them.

Step 6 — Backup password

This step is for backup of the Vault password and it must differ from the GoldGuard or OneGram Account password. It must include only six signs consisting of small letters or digits.

After confirming this password, the Vault is prepared to be used and OneGram investors can securely claim their OneGram coins there. The GoldGuard team recommends this service for all users, who are not comfortable with the cloud storage solution offered by Dropbox or their local browser, where they can also store their private keys to their OneGram e-wallets.
