Taking Breaks Is OK!

When (almost) anything goes wrong, shut it off and turn it on—be it your mobile, your laptop, or even yourself—it always works!

When was the last time you took a break, not inadvertently, but intentionally? I mean, when was the last time you added “break” into your to-do list? Never, I assume.

If not today, then when?

You might have taken consecutive days of break from work, which is, technically, a vacation. Taking break here means–getting lost!

When you cannot handle something or feel like going down a rabbit’s hole (at work, in school, at home), just go away to some place special that you can call your own—for 7 minutes! It can be listening to a soothing music on a crowded train back home or locking yourself in a room with some candles or just doing nothing and looking out of that window in your office or going down for a smoke alone.

“I end up doing this everyday at some point.” is what you might be thinking! but, again, inadvertently! Add those 7 minutes to your busy and chaotic to-do list and mark the difference.

You will always be looking forward to spend those 7 minutes with yourself, EVERY DAY!
