Lucky that I fell in love with another charity shop lover, who collects DVDs and books…oh and VHS. He has enough to open up a media shop…I ain’t kidding!

Back onto the subject of why I love charity shops. I love polka dots. I might look a plonker in my multi coloured polka dot vintage jacket, but who needs to follow fashion when you have polka dots, which will always be in fashion, in my opinion.

Charity shops are original. We can create our own style with original pieces that no one else has. Think skirts, jackets, and hats…I love these too.

The best bit about charity shops is that it is ethical because everything is recycled. Clothing is made at a vast rate in today’s world, and often in unethical ways, so when we buy from a charity shop we are doing a good thing, and also contributing to good causes.
