You can’t go back to the way it used to be..

Once you start looking into all the different tools that are out there, from messaging, copy, onboarding drips, notifications, feature to benefit based communication to social media accounts. It’s hard turning back.

Messaging is the key to connecting with customers.

Understanding their values, motivation, what they care about the most will help to resonate better across mediums like social media, email campaigns, and more.

Messaging is obtained by understanding the benefits, values, customer research quotes, features, empathy, and motivations. This requires variation in messaging with medium, product, segment, and stages of the customer journey.

It’s essential to maintain that consistency in messaging throughout the customer journey, across mediums, and modify it with the product, people and time.

We looked into Airtable as a part of #10NoCodeTools with Snigdha. Airtable’s Product Messaging Library Template is fantastic. It helped in managing and tracking the product messaging in one place, I modified it based on my project requirements.

P.S. It’s okay if you end up reading landing pages like books during the research phase. But make sure you time your research ..(guilty here).

TL; DR: For a better way to manage product messaging across mediums and channels, refer to this template!
