Day 1–100 Days To A Healthy Relationship With Food

May 3rd. That’s the day my 100 days end. I want to go on a journey of knowledge and perseverance.

I have struggled with my weight all my life. Sometimes I’ve been obese, most of the time ‘a bit overweight’. I’d like to be a healthy weight. I’m not going to put a number on the goal.
