13. Lessons from a 2 month old baby

Sometimes it feels like I’m in a time loop — feed, put to sleep, console, feed sleep… I’m not complaining one bit. He’s a very easy-going baby. I just find it so fascinating that his concept of time is drastically different from mine. His 30 minute nap is probably an equivalent to 2 hours. And his 1 to 1.5 hour nap equals about 5 hours of napping. This time loop keeps me patient to be there for Stormrider whenever I am needed. This time loop also keeps me disciplined so that when he does nap, I tune in with myself to either study, practice guitar, or to lay down too.
