14) Accountability
The power of accountability is an amazing thing. It can be a driving force to accomplishing anything.
If you want to hit the gym more than you have been, get a workout buddy. If you want to accomplish that new year’s resolution, find someone with a similar one. If you want to kick a bad habit, find someone to hold you accountable.
Accountability is one of the greatest motivators. It’s proof that we’re stronger if we accept help rather than doing it alone. Don’t be afraid to have an accountability group. It’s always good to have people you can go to who can push you forward when you’re looking in the rear-view mirror.
