17. Acting

We all know Bryan Cranston as Hal from Malcom in the Middle.

He is the perfect simple-minded dad hilarious in his role.

Even though it is obvious this is only acting, I got use to it. He was his character.

So when I saw Argo today, that was again a reminder of his greatness as actor.

He plays a C.I.A operative who is straight and authoritarian. The perfect opposite of Hal.

And he was so great in his role we could believe in his character despite his previous characters.

There are many actors who did as great (Leonardo Dicaprio in What’s Eating Gilbert Grape or Joaquin Phoenix in more or less every movie he appeared in, just to cite a few) and that shows how strong and talented the actors are.

They don’t just act, they really make us believe they are various persons. As if, they were living several lives.
