Change your study place from time to time. Try a different gym, or a different sports/training routine. Practice your breathing outside your room. Travel to a different places, meet strange people, make new friends and live there for a while.

You know it has to do with exploring the world, finding your true-self, experiencing new things and learn different things. But this is not what I’m going to talk about.

That’s because changing your context (environment) enhance your learning.

  • Live somewhere else than the place you used to, or study and understand a new religion give you the new meanings of life.
  • Change your training routine and environment shakes your body up to break through the existing plateaus.
  • Study and read in a different environment improves your ability to understand new knowledge and enhance your concentration.

Each alteration of the routine enriches the skills being rehearsed, making them sharper and more accessible for a longer period of time.
