Start selling something — your services, your products, or even yourself.

Oops… I don’t mean selling your body for money. I mean selling yourself by providing values to another person in exchange for the reputation, the authority, and the influence.

Why? Because as human, we’re selling every single day.

  • When you were a kid and you want to convince your mom to give you an extra candy, you’re selling.
  • When you’re a teenager and you like to impress your crush to go for a date with you, you’re selling.
  • When you finished school and attend interview after interview in order to get a job, you’re selling.

Everyone is selling something. Even at this moment, I’m selling myself to convince you that I’m someone you should listen to, and hopefully, you get to my website to read more.

Or maybe I’m just selling you my writing for a click of the recommend icon — so I feel better.

Selling is about giving someone else what he/she wants in exchange for what you want, is to focus on serving your prospect and meeting their needs. There are a lot of skills to master is to achieve that.

Notes: Most people are trying to create a market to serve themselves. The truth is — we should create ourselves to serve the market.
