Look back, not a month to feel sorry for the mistakes you have done; not three years to feel regret for the missed opportunity.

Reflect for just today, before you get to bed.

Rewind what you have done today in your mind, or write them down. What went well and what doesn’t. Tell yourself the truth unapologetically, honestly, what you did well and what you did badly.

Did you stick to your plan and to-do list for the day?

Have you learned something that contributes to your future achievement?

Have your done a provide value to someone else?

Did you default yourself to positivity and happiness?

Reflect your day every day, not to dwell on the mistakes and misfortune, but to realize how lucky you are to survive the struggle today and do better tomorrow to move one step forward at a time.
