45. Embroidery.

I had a wonderful out-of-time day today. I spent the day at Maison Lesage (there is a link, click if you’re curious and be ready to be amazed by real french fashion haut couture know how) amongst archives and new creations. We’re all in the fashion weeks preparations so the atmosphere is electrical, everything got to be perfect and everything got to be ready, on time.

I had an initiation once, I was very bad at it but yet I was so relaxed. I usually want to be perfect from the first time I try something but this was requiring so much attention my worrying brain had to stop. And it felt good.

And I remember the day I was told that “embroidery is the art of expectency”.

Maybe instead of knitting my own fears I should start learning embroidery, and not only litteraly.
