I’ve noticed that people are becoming more conscious about what they eat.

Farmer’s markets in the Seattle area are becoming more and more crowded as people are caring more about where there food comes from.

I’ve caught myself being these guys from time to time.

Big Food has gotten smarter with their food labeling and marketing. I’m wondering when the people will finally give them the finger and rely on their farmer. Funny enough, Big Food executives stay away from their own products.

It is far from a reality that we rely on locally sourced, fresh food. We are getting busier and busier and rely on conveniences as a result. We’re getting unhealthy though as a nation though as we get fatter and lazier.

There’s an epidemic of unhealthiness and it’s the people that must inspire change.

It always starts with the people.
