Alarm goes off.

Hits snooze.

Alarm goes off.

Hits snooze.

Eyes open.

Not ready for the day.

Reach for coffee.

Check work email.

Dreading the day.

Gets in car.

Sits in traffic.

Cursing other commuters.

Not excited about the day.

Gets off exit.

Gets panic attack.

Gets into work. Logs into computer.

Takes a deep breath.

Commence.
