7. Green Juice

Green juice is not necessary green in color; it’s a blended mixture of vegetables and fruits. I’m not a hardcore fan of any diet remedy.

I study, research, and experiment them. If they work for me, I will do them more often, or regularly.

I suggest you try green juice out. I believe we take too many refined carbohydrates (including sugar) and meats, and very little natural raw vegetables and fruits.

We self-righteously convinced ourselves that pre-processed fruit juices are as natural and nutritious as raw fruits. And we assumed eating a small bowl of broccoli is healthy and that’s all the vegetables we need in a day.

I take green juice to bump up my fiber and raw foods intake because there is no way for me to stuff in bunches of spinach, some carrots, two slices of lemon, one tiny slice of ginger, and a kiwi in one single meal.

So, I drink them.

Mix them up. Use 40% to 60% of fruits depend on its sweetness so it doesn’t taste like a veggie-mash.

Notes: I’m not a vegan.
