70. Living the dream

What inspires you?

Everyone has that ideal dream. For some, it’s the white picket fence. For others, it’s lazily swinging in a hammock on the beach sipping from a coconut.

It’s not really anything too “out there” for me: I’m at home, spending all day on my computer, writing and doing other online business-y, marketing-y things. It’s about spending my time how I want to spend it.

While I generally abstain from such thoughts since they usually don’t put me in the right mindset to get work done, I’ll conjure up the images in my mind from time to time to remind me of the end goal.

I sip at the tap of inspiration because I’m not greedy. I don’t need a lot to get going. I know that what ultimately moves the needle is actually getting work done.

What inspires you?
