When you are all by yourself, how do you conduct yourself?

What does your internet search history look like? What are you reading? What are you thinking?

How do you feel?

When you are all by yourself, you have the opportunity to unconditionally be yourself. No one is watching over you, and you don’t have to put on a facade to impress others.

You are doing things that align with your values. The last few hours before bed or on the weekends, you have the opportunity to do the things that fulfill you.

Whatever that is, aim to do that all the time.
