98. Mimic nature for ultimate bliss

The models of happiness and success are all around us.
It’s easy to not notice nature around us. It’s everywhere and so we take it for granted. Instead, we gnash our teeth and despair in our artificially generated, human-operated routines and procedures. We strive for efficiency gains.
…While nature has been doing this since the beginning of time. Turning chaos in beauty, showing us unerring rhythms in weather and unending magic in the stars. If it has been changing, it’s been due to humans interfering with it.
Take how a flower opens. It protects itself, petals shy and closed, until enough warmth from the outside coaxes it to unfurl. As each petal unveils its heart, it becomes bolder — more determined to show its inner beauty. If we’re not ready to open up, maybe it’s because we haven’t found enough warmth yet.
