A Writer’s Family is First

If my words come before my family, I have chosen the wrong priority.
If my platform distracts me from the people I love, I am following a lonely and wrong path.
This is why I log off of social media on the weekend (except for these 100 words) and make myself scarce.
My fans and followers know this and it inspired them to do the same: put their loved ones first.
When we make space for what is important — we inspire others to do the same.
