My first act in this new role seems to have caused a mutiny. The person cheering me on the loudest has become a Benedict Arnold; No doubt to their own detriment.

Through a different lens I can see that perhaps I’m again pushing someone further than they want to go. It’s simply the nature of my empowerment. And simply too much.

And since I am determined to find my way, I will chose to see it through the lens that allows me to be kind when I could otherwise chose to be right.
