Bending The World To See Your Vision

One of my favorite things to do is grabbing a pair of headphones and listening to the great piece of audio. That audio could be a podcast, book or even a good speech or talk. I feel like I absorb the most information when I wear headphones and I can shut out the rest of the world.

I have been experimenting with creating content myself. The medium is different than just a blog post. There is a certain level of personal attachment to the source. You are listening to the audio in so many different scenarios, I feel like you make a connection with sources.

I was listening to a podcast and quote just knocked me over. I felt this deep connection with the host. They were talking about the scenario that I could relate and what I am going through at the moment. I just started crying. I am going to save the few minute clip and have it ready to go back to.

It was a good reminder that we don’t know how people might consume our art and how it will affect them. It is a good thing to remember when those moments of panic and fear hit us before we want to hit submit. What we have to share might change and help lives.
