What Happened

This past March, I was in Florida with my University’s baseball team when I got a searing abdominal pain. What could be the cause? I assumed it’d been from some sandwiches I’d eaten that were roasting in the sun and had mayo on them. After the pain progressed, my parents took me to the hospital and it turned out I had appendicitis.

A Surgery and 2 Months Later, I’m Ready.

I’m going to the gym today and I’m scared. Scared that I’ve lost all physical strength. Scared that I’ve lost all connection with the weights in my hands or on my back. But I will strive and conquer whatever obstacle that stands in my way because surgery hasn’t stopped me and it won’t start now. I’m gonna work out.

Yours Truly,
