Take a deep breath.

4 seconds inhale, another 4 seconds exhale. Like many other good and important thing in life we took for granted, we forget how lucky is it to be able to breathe.

Breathe consciously. Breathe fully with your torso. Breathe to calm your mind down. Breathe to focus your energy on the most basic thing that makes you alive.

Nothing is possible without your breath. Therefore, allocate your time to immerse yourself in it.

Stop thinking about your goals, stop thinking about your kids, and stop thinking about your business.

Sit comfortably, upright, shut your eye. Breathe.

. . .

Note: Spend 10 to 15 minutes on this conscious breathing exercise. Don’t worry if you found yourself stuck with the deep breath, that’s exactly the purpose. It has been long we haven’t focused on our breath, it’s time to fix it.

Be patient.
