Reflections, Ripples and Ramblings of a Restless Mind
Life is a litany of deliberation and debate.
Of perennial procrastination and pointless pontificating.
Of ticking off to do’s but never doing anything.
Sometimes I only glimpse the path forward before I’m forced to take two steps back.
It’s in me never to concede defeat, never to let the hurdles define the race.
It’s in me to find the way forward, to brush aside the irrelevance of it all.
It’s in me to say ‘I am here. Watch me soar’.
For this is my time, this is my choice.
It’s time to separate the signal from the noise.
To define the rules, and to break them.
It’s in me.
