It’s true.

Those who have been hurt wield the greatest ability to hurt others. They KNOW how the pain comes and feels. Familiarity certainly breeds contempt.

When experiencing emotional imbalance it’s normal to have spiritual disorder. The imbalance percolates into a prickly protective shelter.

The shelter blocks everything, the bad and the good, spiritual confusion sets in and we find ourselves being aggressive where we would otherwise be welcoming.

The reset occurs when we recognize protective behaviors are taught out of fear and a need for protection. What comes naturally is preserved and doesn’t require protection.

Balance & Order.
