There are so few times when you are forced to disconnect from distraction.

I can’t think of a better one than when cruising over the planet with nothing but mediocre movies and teary toddlers to keep you company.

It is the perfect setting in which to give you over to more mental pursuits. Drinking deep of the inactivity, filling yourself with nothing.

And despite what the physical laws state, from nothing something can come.

From nothing, we can theorise the future, from absence we can make our presence felt.

In the void, we can not only discover ourselves but find those parts of ourselves that we hide behind so many trivial and inconsequential pursuits.

And once you’ve been forced. You’ll start forcing yourself to find those places.

To find yourself.

About me: Citizen of the World. I love writing, photography, travelling, reading, learning and growing. Medium is another journey in my life, let’s see what sights we may see.
