Can you place it?

It was what Vivian told Edward near the end of Pretty Woman. She had built her confidence throughout the entire movie. She was unwilling to settle for being “set up in a nice condo”. We are left to believe she got the fairy tale when Edward, fearful of heights, climbs the fire escape to Vivian’s apartment to rescue her.

We don’t always get the fairy tale like Vivian, but here is my take away. She was confident enough to pass on a good thing with the belief she deserved more.

We often get what we think we deserve. Good or bad. I want the fairy tale. You?
