Only now I see he was taking up so much space I could no longer think of my future, present tense. I go out, see friends, have fun. I run miles, cook food, clean my room. Out with the old, in with the new. I say yes to crazy encounters, sleep overs, coffee dates. I plan less, let go, of my bigger picture, show up, for what’s to come. Life, as we live it and love, as we imagine it to be. Free.
