Parenting has made me dread traveling

The early days of traveling with kids was pure stress. The diapers, the crying babies, the constant planning.
But as the kids get older those negatives are disappearing and it’s getting fun again.

We’re visiting the USA right now. I’m enjoying it more than I thought. And the kids are being mostly champs. But there are still a couple of meltdowns a day, usually related to perceived injustices related to another sibling.

No, traveling will never be the carefree fun it was before we had kids.
