About a month ago a man went on a rampage here.

I heard him before I saw him, as he was beating up some bicycles around the corner of his apartment. Walking and ranting (a proficient multi-tasker), he was approached by the police. He continued to yell at them, they continued to do nothing.

He went into his apartment, using a security key I bet he was pleased he had until realizing his car was still running downstairs.

But this guy was not going to let that get him down. Today was his day, he had been unleashed! He burst back onto the scene, walking straight past the now 10, limp officers and into his car.

They approached his window and started talking. Suddenly — a roar! He’d clocked one of them. They stumbled backwards as he pulled himself out of his car and ran to a woman holding a child, only to strike her too. Was he going for the hat trick? And who, dear God, would be next?

The officers, again, did nothing. Clearly bested by untethered rage, they paced around him as he sauntered back to his car, confused by seeing such raw emotion for the first time. He drove off. Nobody followed him. The officers eventually dispersed into the darkness of night.

The beast remains at large.
