Rage
Reflections, Ripples and Ramblings of a Restless Mind
The mist descends and there is nothing left inside me other than rage. It wants to consume the earth, burn through the universe and decimate all in its path.
It is the dark inside me given a voice, incandescent and irreversible. A tempest of bile and spite, of ire and insolent arrogance.
It is the end of worlds, a hatred that sows the ground with salt. It is not enough that it kills love, it must never let love grow again.
It is the storm cloud at the time of dissolution.
It consumes me.
And then, all at once.
It is gone.
But the damage has been done.
