Selling Myself On My Goals

Sometimes, I like to do this simple exercise with myself if I get stuck. I sit in a quiet room and I just close my eyes. I think about what life what would like in 5 years. Then I try to think about the perfect day in that scenario. The vision is always the same. I want to make this a reality but I am also embarrassed to admit it. So, I wrote down those goals and I force myself to look at them. To make it real and to hold myself to it. I almost have to convince myself that this is doable.
