Social Media is Killing Me — #51

I need to learn to unplug and switch off. Checking my stats on Medium and checking Twitter is killing me. Literally killing me. (Ok, not literally.)
I am considering working at the Library so I am forced to unplug. Although, this would not stop me checking social media. I need to self-discipline. It will come. Focus on the writing, ignore the other nonsense.
Don’t focus on the publishing, focus on the writing.
Don’t focus on the editing, focus on the writing.
Don’t focus on finding a suitable image to support this latest blog post, focus on the writing.
