Time to be grateful

Today in Australia is Australia Day. We Aussie’s get together typically over a BBQ (no we don’t usually throw a shrimp on it!!), beach or backyard cricket and many beers and wine. Sometimes we forget why we’re celebrating and we just love the excuse for a day off.
But this year I choose to be grateful for all that we have. When the world is in turmoil and people are searching for meaning, it’s easy to get lost and forget what we have. We live in a beautiful country and we are abundant in what we have. That’s worth celebrating.
Happy Australia Day.
