I developed driving anxiety when my life became too comfortable.

Routine became the name of the game. And to have an efficient routine you create a loop around everything that MUST be done to maintain the comfort that makes your life “good”.

Comfort replaced my need to move beyond personal boundaries.

My driving anxiety is about unfamiliarity; Same as my other anxieties.

I can’t adjust to the curves I see ahead from my current position; premature adjustments could be disastrous.

I’m going to overcome both!

And because someone said, to write it down, is to release it. I am writing.
